Microchip Clinic
The Micro chip Clinic was held on June 21, 2008 at both Seaside Animal Care 9256 Beach Drive,
Calabash, NC and in homes of special needs pets in the local area. It was a success. We injected 52 microchips and raised both money and the likelihood of 52 fewer lost animals in our neighborhoods. Paws-Ability hosted this clinic at a reduced rate to do our part for hurricane preparedness for our animals and as a fundraiser for the homeless animals
of Brunswick County.
The last two pictures are of Dr. Jim Williams of Fayetteville and Ocean Isle Beach, NC and Sandy Engelbert a vet tech from Kearnersville, NC during one of their many home visits to special needs cats and dogs. Pictured with Jim and Sandy is Kitty, one of their many clients from the microchipping clinic.Paws-Ability wants to thank these wonderful Vets, Vet Techs and all the many Paws-Ability volunteers who helped make this clinic possible.
